Go for it.

A former vice president of operations for a leading for-profit university and MBA turned entrepreneur, I combined my business acumen with passion for connection to launch FIT4MOM Chapel Hill in 2015. I created a meaningful company with a reputation of support, empowerment, and community.

Within 4 years, I grew from a one-woman operation to a team of 30 remarkable women, and turned my $5,000 investment for a part-time job into a multi-six figure business.

Some owners get bogged down by the “business side.” Not me. Operations and execution are my wheelhouse. If you’ve ever taken the StrengthFinders assessment, my top 2 strengths are Structure and Discipline. I’m also an Enneagram 3w2. Getting things done is my JAM.

I can help you streamline + scale your business and life.

Rosso Real Talk: What It Takes.

I started my company from scratch. Like I had to learn how to create a Gmail account because my Hotmail account wouldn’t suffice. Technology wise, I was stuck in 1998 with my Under The Table & Dreaming CD.

You know all those things that are (hopefully) streamlined when you join a new company: website, services, pricing, systems, budgeting, payroll, on-boarding, training, etc? I had to hire staff, create systems, and streamline so we could scale.

Entrepreneurship is a GD rollercoaster. It’s a constant re-evaluation of what’s working and what’s not. It’s finding ways to enjoy the ride as you work towards your vision. Then again, so is life.

The right coach helps you get results.

Success isn’t measured in one scale. It’s a summation of relationships, health, financial, career, personal, spiritual, social, and emotional.

Dedicating time for your personal and professional development moves multiple needles forward. Ask anyone who’s sat by me at conferences, I come prepared with my journals, planners, and favorite erasable pens ready to learn and grow.

Every investment for development returned their value in my business and overall wellness.

“Working with Amy was one of the best decision I’ve made as a business owner.”
